  • Payment & Cancellation Policy

    *Full payment has to be received in ten days from the booking confirmed date.

    *Cancellation or modifications has to be before fifteen days before the arrival date otherwise one night will be charged as cancellation fees.

    *In case of No-Show full payment will be charged.

  • Children Policy

    * Infant from 00 – 1.99 free of charge with a free baby cot provided inside parents’ room.

    * A child from 00 to 05.99 years old sharing parents’ room will be offered free of charge with a maximum of two children per room.

    * A child from 6.00 to 11.99 years old sharing parents’ room will be charged half twin of the room rate with a maximum of two children per room.

  • Transportation

    For Beach use (Outsider Guests) It costs 50 USD per person including access to the beach and pool and not including the transfer, plus an additional cost of 70 USD as parking fees for your boat.

    • For Day use (Outsider Guests) It is cost 250 USD for 2 persons including the Beach Bangalow room and this is not including the transfer, plus an additional cost of 70 USD as parking fees for your boat

    • If the boat will drop the guest off on the Island and leave then come back to pick the guest up it will be 33 USD for Touch Service Per Way.

    Note: If the guest owns a private boat there will be an additional supplement of 100 USD per night for the boat Parking during the stay.

    The above rates include the 12% service charge, 14% Vat tax, and 1% city Tax.

  • WIFI

    Free WIFI access in guest rooms & public outlets

  • Pets

    Pets are not allowed.

  • Handicapped Rooms

    Handicapped rooms are not available in the time being.

  • Connecting Rooms

    Connecting rooms are not available in the time being.
